Yardy needs 'L' plates. He is obviously out of his depth, and I am beginning to pity rather then despise him. He can always hide behind the rule of law concept. As noble an idea as it is - borrowed from Lady T, I must add, I dont think anyone including Yardy takes the concept seriously.
